Goldshield 10 Year Warranty
This is a structural warranty provided by the park home manufacturer, offering complementary full structural cover for 10 years from date of purchase.
Your Goldshield Warranty Certificate entitles you to claim on every part, component, fixture and fitting in your new residential park home under the manufacturer’s warranty in the first two years of purchase. Furthermore, your home is still covered in the unlikely event of remedial work that may be required as a result of a structural defect in your home between years 3 and 10. Platinum Seal Warranty
This is a structural warranty scheme specifically for park homes. Underwritten by Assist Insurance Ltd, all homes covered by the Platinum Seal are insured for a variety of structural issues that could occur in the first 10 years of manufacture. Click here to visit the Platinum Seal website.
BH&HPA (British Holiday and Home Parks Association)
Serenity Parks are fully accredited by The British Holiday & Home Parks Association, which is the only UK organisation founded with the exclusive objective of representing and serving those who own or manage holiday, residential, tenting, touring and glamping parks.

Mobile Homes Act 2013
