COVID Information Centre

Serenity Parks are following latest Government advice in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and would like to assure you we remain open for business within the set guidelines.

Are you a resident that is having to self-isolate?

If residents on our parks are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms, they must self-isolate.  Please inform Head Office if you have come into contact with other residents so we can make relevant notifications that an outbreak has reached our park community.

If necessary, residents should call 111 or in an emergency call 999.  If you are unsure of the symptoms, they can be found on the NHS advice website by clicking here.

If you are struggling at all please let us know by calling free on 0800 644 4499, option 2 and we will do what we can to help.  Keep safe!

Our Chester’s Croft Residential Park will continue to operate, however will only be open to residents and essential visitors.

Essential visits may include:

  • food and pharmacy deliveries
  • local authority refuse collections
  • carers and medical workers
  • tradespeople dealing with emergencies.

If you are visiting Chester’s Croft, please take a moment to read the ‘Before Visiting Our Parks’ section below.

We Are Making Your Visit As Safe As Possible

  • Before Visiting Our Parks

Before you visit our park, we ask that you take a few moments to read through the information below to ensure that you are familiar with the processes that will take place on your arrival.  This may be via appointment only or during an open weekend.

Please be aware that if any of the following apply, you must not attend our park:

    – If you have experienced any coronavirus symptoms in the last 14 days*
    – or have been in contact with someone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days*
    –  or if you have a high temperature on the day of the planned visit

If any of these apply, please wait until your temperature normalises and the appropriate self-isolation period has elapsed.

*If you are unsure of the symptoms, these can be found on the NHS’s advice website by clicking here.

  • Upon Arrival At Our Parks

Upon arrival at our park, one of the Serenity Parks Team will ask you to confirm some Covid-19 related questions.

    – Do you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 (cough, fever, shortness of breath) or have you been diagnosed with Covid-19?
    – Have you been advised by the NHS to go into self-isolation?
    – Have you been in close contact with someone with coronavirus or others who have since been advised to go into self-isolation?
    – Have you recently been to an area with a high risk / high rate of coronavirus infection?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, then we would regretfully be unable to accommodate your visit at that time in order to protect the safety of all our colleagues and other visitors.

You will also be asked when was the last time you took your temperature? We would recommend that you take your temperature on the day you are expected to visit the park, to ensure the safety of yourself and others. If you are showing a high temperature we would advise you do not attend our park, and rebook, or view when your  temperature is showing at a normalised reading.

  • Continuing With Your Visit

Once the initial question stage is completed, you will be directed by one of the Serenity Parks Team to sign a declaration form, indicating that you are aware of the questions asked, and that you have read through this document, confirming that you have agreed and will abide to our health and safety measures currently in place.

  • Personal Protective Equipment

When visiting our parks you will be provided with the option to use the following personal protective equipment:

    – Disposable Protective Gloves
    – Disposable Face Mask
    – Disposable Shoe Covers

This equipment is for the safety of our visitors. You do not have to utilise the personal protective equipment whilst viewing our homes, however we would strongly recommend that you do.

  • Hand Sanitising Stations

Upon arrival you will be asked to use the antibacterial hand sanitiser using the arrival station (one of the Serenity Parks Team will direct you).

When viewing the show homes, each home has been equipped with a hand sanitising station, we ask that all visitors use this station when entering and exiting each show home.

  • Social Distancing

If you are visiting one of our parks via a booked appointment time or via a show home event, we ask all visitors including the Serenity Parks Team to adhere to the social distancing guidance as set by the government of 2 meters apart.  Two meter social distancing signs will be placed within the show homes.  All doors within the show homes will be left open to minimise the use of touching.

  • One Way System

When viewing each of our show homes, one of the Serenity Parks Team will direct you as to which show home is the first and last to be viewed.  This is to ensure limited amount of people in a show home to enable social distancing measures.

We will also restrict to one household at any one time in a home with one member of the Serenity Parks team or should you wish to view at your leisure one of the Serenity Parks Team will be available at the end of your viewing.  This enables our team to offer you a personal guided tour, and safely escort you to the homes where you can spend as much time as you wish.

  • Discussion Areas

Should you wish to take a seat and speak with us, or have any further questions you would like answered, there will be a seating area in which the 2 meter distancing rule will be applied.  We will at all costs ensure this seating area is outside, weather permitting, to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors and team.

  • Departing The Park

On departure, once your visit is complete, you will be shown where to dispose of your gloves, masks and shoe covers. Once removed, please make use of the hand sanitising facility prior to departing.

On your departure, you will be asked to sign out using your declaration form.

  • After Your Visit

Each time a viewing has been completed in the show homes or anywhere on the park, our team will fully disinfect all areas, ensuring they are fully cleaned for the next viewing to take place.  Please rest assured that all our homes are regularly and thoroughly cleaned prior to, and after any customer visits to ensure your safety at all times so that you can enjoy a full guided tour of all of the show homes we currently have on site.

Serenity Social

Fancy a chat?

This last year has been strange for us all, with one in 24 of us saying that we have felt lonely during the pandemic.

This made us think if there was something we could do to support our residents who may experience feelings of loneliness or, just might just fancy a chat with a member of our team about anything from what we both watched on TV last night, the latest foody treat that we’ve enjoyed, or the best book we’ve read recently.

We’re a really friendly bunch and we just want to know if this is something you might benefit from. If it is give us a call free on 0800 644 4499, option 2 or drop us an email to and we’ll arrange a call.
