Our Serenity Park developments offer just a small amount of homes, giving people ample opportunity to get to know their neighbours, or just be content in the knowledge that people are close by should assistance ever be required.
Residents at our Chester’s Croft development, in the leafy Cheshire countryside, are a shining example of how life on a residential park is a delight and that the community aspect really is important.
Peggie made the move from a town house in Cheadle Hulme at the age of 83 after having a successful career as a secretary, an army wife and a magistrate.
“As soon as I visited the park I knew that I would be happy here,” said Peggie. “Everyone was so friendly, the homes were filled with light and had lovely views and in addition, the living costs were much lower than a typical home – I couldn’t wait to move in.”
Another resident Madelaine added; “Living here is a complete pleasure, I have a lovely home and it is so nice being able to step out your home, have a friendly chat or a simple ‘Good Morning’ with your neighbours and know that should I ever need anything, someone who is happy to help is close by.”
All Serenity Parks developments are part of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association giving purchasers complete peace of mind.Discover our parks
