Stamp duty pause mirrors park home rules
Posted on 3rd August 2020
Following on from the Government announcement earlier this week that included getting the housing market moving again, we would like to emphasise that we remain open for business and are extending a warm and safe welcome to Kingsdown Meadow, all within Government guidelines.
This will allow us to play our part in helping the housing market begin to engage in transactions again and help those people who had to pause their property moves to continue to fulfil their wishes and the necessities that may have driven this decision. It is worth remembering that many do not move for aesthetic reasons, they move for essential reasons such as financial, work and family commitments and it is important to us and them that we play a part in facilitating this wherever possible.
To ensure that our customers, and our staff, remain safe and well we have measures in place to protect both parties.
After a viewing, discussions can take place socially distanced in an outside environment, or via video conference call at an agreed time thereafter. We can adapt our sales procedures to suit you but one thing remains the same; that we want to build a strong relationship with you so that you can enjoy a positive customer journey with us as you make the move to your brand new park home.
With travel restrictions now lifted and the option to exercise more than once a day away from the home (within reason), you could also enjoy a drive through the Garden of England to our development and then enjoy a stroll on the North Downs Way. The entrance to this is opposite the park and it’s a truly lovely place.
We look forward to welcoming you.Book your Viewing
