Luxury Lodges or Static Caravans
Why should you own a holiday home?
There are many reasons why a static caravan or luxury lodge ownership can be a great choice for you. Here is a list of the main advantages if you’re considering making the plunge and purchasing one of our vacation homes at one of our parks.
Home from home
All of the lodges and caravans homes we sell include a fitted kitchen, living room, bathroom, and often two or three bedrooms, giving you the same luxuries you have at home. The majority come complete with double glazing and central heating, enabling warm stays throughout the winter months. The layouts of static caravans are thoughtfully planned to maximise available space. While our opulent lodges offer more room and high-end designer fixtures throughout.
Lots of adaptability
Your vacation home is accessible anytime you want it to be because our parks are open for nearly the whole year. So, the decision is yours as to whether you want to spend the autumn cosily in your lodge or take a last-minute summer getaway to your static caravan. In most parks, you are free to remain as long as you like and visit as frequently as you like.
Stress Free Holidays
You won’t have to worry about airport parking, security checks, flight delays, baggage restrictions, or additional fees if you choose to take your holidays and short trips domestically rather than abroad. You may get in your car and start resting before most others have even gotten to the airport if you have your own caravan or lodge.
Ensure a healthy work-life balance
Owning a vacation home gives you the freedom to go whenever it suits you. If you decide late on a Friday that you’d like to spend the weekend on the shore or that you want to schedule your yearly leave around your caravan stay, you are free to do whatever you choose as long as the park is open. With access to the Internet, an increasing number of owners are using their vacation home as a home office.
Lots of Options
Many of our parks are in picturesque settings, either by the coast or in the countryside, with breathtaking vistas of gorgeous beaches, well-liked attractions, and unspoiled beauty all waiting to be experienced.
