We know, now more than ever that it’s good to communicate, so we’ve tried to cover all bases when it comes to communicating with us.
With visitors still by appointment only to our site, we thought that it would be a good idea to help you get those answers whenever you wanted during the working day.
To that end, we have launched our ‘Live Chat’ facility which can be accessed via our website.
One of our advisers is on hand between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to answer those big important questions, or simply solve those little things that you have been wondering about. The experienced team should be able to answer pretty much anything right away, and if they cannot, then they will know someone who can.

The addition of our Live Chat function joins phone, email, letter, our support line and even good old post, as ways that people can get in touch with us.”
The chat function can be accessed by clicking on the small green and white chat icon which is in the bottom right-hand corner of each page on our website.
A separate box will appear on screen where you can enter the details and then someone will reply just as soon as they can – it couldn’t be simpler.
