The last year has had a significant impact on so many of us in so many ways and we have all had to adapt to ensure we can carry on where possible whilst keeping safe.
This has been the same for the entire team at Serenity Parks, both personally and professionally, and we have put together a number of measures that are still in place to protect you whilst helping you to realise your dream of buying a park home with us, or whilst you are living on one of our developments.
We’ve got an entire section dedicated to it on our website, however, here’s a quick rundown of a few points to give you complete reassurance that your safety is our main concern.
For our residents we have measures in place for them to notify us if they test positive. Or, if they are having to self-isolate or shield and are finding it challenging, we have a dedicated phone number which they can ring to have a chat to one of our team who will do their best to help wherever possible.
All visitors to our park are warmly welcomed but are expected to follow the strict measures we have in place that follow Government guidelines. This includes:
- Arriving only in family or household bubbles
- Following all social distancing protocol
- Adhering to our one-way system
- Using the hand sanitiser provided
- Wearing the available PPE provided (not mandatory, but there for those who may need an added level of comfort)
To support our residents, our visitors, and our purchasers our head office remains open with staff working from home currently where possible.
Our Kingsdown Meadow park also remains open for visitors by appointment only.
We sincerely hope that in the next few months things will return to normal where we can warmly shake your hand, offer you a drink and have face-to-face conversations as we help you find a brand new park home.
