We are open for our 2023 season from the 24th March and are currently taking online bookings.

Salcombe Regis Caravan and Camping Park is a beautiful park set in the stunning East Devon countryside within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Upon arrival at Salcombe Regis Camping and Caravan Park, the spectacular green and open space that greets you is what sets us apart from many others. We take pride in promoting an unrivalled setting and your Devon holiday starts from the moment that you arrive on this spacious site. We offer plenty of room for your children to run and play in a safe environment creating a restful, leisurely, and relaxing holiday for all. Whether you are touring, camping, or staying in one of our static caravans you can enjoy our beautiful location. 

Our new shower block comprises of one family shower room (with Part M disabled access), 2 private shower washrooms, 4 private WC rooms (WC & Sink), and two dishwashing sinks. This block is unisex but separate male/female services are still available in our main utilities block.

Camping

Our tent pitches are spacious, immaculately presented and maintained, providing a generous area for your car and outdoor dining area. We offer the choice of either an electric or non-electric hook up pitch. All tent pitches have water taps close by. The campsite has been developed over the decades to make Salcombe Regis a camper’s haven appreciated by generations of families. Superb pitches, some with stunning views and the coast path a short walk away, which then leads down to the beach where you can relax. The often-clear sea makes an ideal environment whether you are fishing, swimming, or just unwinding.

Touring & Motorhomes

The Park has mostly hard-standing pitches, each with electric hook up and water tap. Some in the main field have grey water soakaways and gravel awning bases. Pitches form the perimeter and you will have wonderful views across the park and surrounding farmland. The rear of the park, offers both grass and hard-standing perimeter and central pitches, again each pitch has an electric hook up and water tap. Many of our pitches offer privacy and the space to put up an awning. All of our pitches are regularly maintained to keep their quality. If you have an American style motorhome, please telephone us in advance to make sure that we have a large enough pitch available for you.

Static Caravans

Each static caravan sleeps up to six people with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a pull out double bed in the lounge and a family shower room with heater. All you need to supply are your own towels (We supply Bed Linen, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors). All static caravans have gas cookers, microwaves, and fridges. The comfortable lounge, with views across the “The Park,” has a TV and gas fire for extra comfort. We keep two static caravans for “Pet Friendly” holidays and all are non smoking.

Seasonal Stays

We offer Seasonal Touring Pitches. Customers can purchase a seasonal touring pitch, meaning they can place their caravan, motorhome or camper van on one of our seasonal pitches for the whole season. With only 37 Seasonal Pitches on offer spaces fill quickly. If your Caravan is in our Storage Yard for the Winter Period, we will tow the caravan out to the designated pitch prior to the start of the season and level it front to back/side to side and fit your security locks in readiness for your first visit.

Devon is easily accessed by road, rail, or air. Salcombe Regis Camping and Caravan park is convenient to all. By road from the M5 take exit 30. Otherwise take note of these tips and you will arrive relaxed and in no time.The camp site is well sign-posted on the Exeter-Lyme Regis road, (A3052), from both directions.If coming from the east on the A3052, take the first turning left after the Donkey Sanctuary, following the brown tourist sign to “Salcombe Regis” with the caravan and tent logo.

If arriving from the west on the A3052, proceed up the hill out of Sidford. Do not take the first road sign-posted to Salcombe Regis, but take the third, right at the top of the hill. Follow the brown tourist sign to “Salcombe Regis” with the caravan and tent logo. You will find us along the lane on the left hand side just past the Golf Range.

You may easily learn more and experience what it’s like to have your own holiday home thanks to the convenience we’ve provided. You can make a reservation to visit the park of your choosing, where you will be greeted warmly and given a park tour, regardless of whether you are interested in owning a static caravan or a luxury lodge. Please fill out our ownership page to express your interest.

Pre-owned caravans are sold “as is” without any warranties. A manufacturer’s warranty is included with new caravans.

You cannot live in your caravan as the park is a holiday park not residential. You must have a main residence elsewhere.

Your caravan and pitch must go through the office to get permission from the park owner for any modifications or additions. It would be necessary for a park-preferred contractor to build the decking.

Your friends and family are welcome to use the holiday property, but we do not permit subletting.

Some of our parks have Wi-Fi but it may be chargeable.

Gas and electric is metered into your holiday home and invoiced out every quarter and charged as the same rate as the supplier.

The pitch fees start from £3,000 this includes maintaining the grounds of the park.

No some of our parks are seasonal only. Please check with the park.

No we do not have any fishing facilities
