Kingsdown Meadow resident’s loving life in Kent

A couple, who had left Kent for a home in South Wales, decided to make a return to Kent to be nearer family and friends.
Deanna and Pat McCullagh, who are both retired, decided that a return to their home county was needed due to health reasons. Having owned a park home before they knew that it would suit the lifestyle they wanted; single storey living, a friendly community and a warm and welcoming home that would be easy to maintain.
After a short search they discovered Kingsdown Meadow near Sevenoaks. Ideally located to be close to their son and daughter who live just a few miles away, the couple fell in love with the park and the homes on offer eventually choosing a two-bedroom Willerby style of home.
“Buying our park home from Serenity Parks couldn’t have been more straightforward and we visited the park as soon as restrictions were lifted to take a look in person even though we’d managed to find out lots of information from their excellent website and from speaking to members of staff,” said Deanna. “The team have been really accommodating and supported us at all stages of our buying experience – I’d definitely recommend them and also Kingsdown Meadow as a lovely place to call home.
“Living on the park is so peaceful and gives us the lifestyle that we dreamed of. With the park being pet friendly we were able to have our dog Phoebe move with us and we feel safe taking her on a short walk around the park. Everyone is really friendly and it’s this welcoming atmosphere and fantastic quality homes that has made our move here everything we hoped it would be.”Discover Kingsdown Meadow
