Extending a Warm and Safe Welcome

Following on from the Government announcement earlier this week that included getting the housing market moving again, we would like to emphasise that we remain open for business and are extending a warm and safe welcome to our Kingsdown Meadow park, all within Government guidelines.

All four show homes are now open for viewings and to ensure that our residents, customers, and our staff, remain safe and well we have measures in place to protect both parties.

This includes:

• One couple/household per home which they will view on their own.
• Pre-booking of an appointment time wherever possible to ensure guidelines are followed.
• All procedures for social distancing are in place.

After a viewing, discussions can take place socially distanced in an outside environment, or via video conference call at an agreed time thereafter. We can adapt our sales procedures to suit you but one thing remains the same; that we want to build a strong relationship with you so that you can enjoy a positive customer journey with us as you make the move to your brand new park home.
